1. Operator and scope
These website terms apply to MyTeddy.Store, operated by Minespace Inc. They address the First Edition website and visual materials—not the sale of a finished robotic companion. Visitors must comply with applicable law. If any term conflicts with nonwaivable consumer protections, those protections control.
2. First Edition availability
MyTeddy and its accessories are proposed, unmanufactured products. Configurations, personalizations, expression simulations, companion names and saved selections express preferences only. They do not create a contract for sale, reserve a production position or establish a delivery obligation. Enrollment is free. Paid reservations, if introduced, will display full purchase and refund terms before payment.
3. Product images and planned features
Marketing visuals are synthetic design illustrations. Movement, speech, eye articulation, intelligent responses, charging, sensing, cameras, companion memory, safety and child-interaction capabilities remain subject to verification. Q3 2027 is an estimated commencement window for U.S. deliveries, not a guaranteed individual shipment date.
4. Permitted access
You may view publicly available material, personalize MyTeddy finishes and accessories for your private use and download available reference images or exported local configurations where indicated. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, misuse its checkout or impersonate Minespace Inc. Rights to commercial use of our brand and content are not granted.
5. Local tools and optional device permissions
Personalization uses browser local storage. The optional studio camera preview requires your device permission and is intended to composite video locally. Browser speech features depend on your device. You control granting or revoking permission. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Third parties
Where third-party tools or payment services are enabled in the future, their additional terms may apply. The present storefront does not load advertising trackers or initiate payment, and any future activation requires updated disclosures.
7. Availability and changes
Minespace Inc. may improve or discontinue First Edition site features. We intend to correct errors and disclose material product changes. Future purchase or subscription arrangements require separate explicit, approved terms and clear affirmative agreement.
8. Legal protections
To the extent permitted by law, the preview is offered without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, including statutory consumer rights. These terms do not create mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights or impose a unilateral nonrefundable deposit.
9. Governing law and questions
Applicable U.S. law and relevant state consumer law apply. The operator's current company information is in Company & intellectual property. A verified dedicated customer/legal contact must be published before commercial launch.
