Planned delivery target
Our current plan targets the beginning of U.S. deliveries in Q3 2027 (July–September) with the goal of getting units to customers ahead of Christmas 2027. This remains an estimated schedule, not a guaranteed delivery date, and no priority queue exists in the packaged site.
Conditions before paid reservations
Before charging anyone, Minespace Inc. must publish and affirmatively present: the actual product or reservation price and whether the advance applies to it; taxes and shipping charges; the reservation's contractual effect and place-in-line rules; the required refund/cancellation method; a reliable customer service channel; any subscription terms and automatic-renewal disclosures; and the supportable shipment window. Purchasers must be able to review those terms before payment.
Refunds and delays
The site's preview is not a paid reservation and therefore has nothing to refund. A paid program would need a clear, legally reviewed advance-refund commitment, operational cancellation workflow and records. Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, when merchandise cannot be shipped by the represented deadline, applicable notices, delay-consent options and prompt refunds may be required. A projected Q3 launch alone does not establish compliance for a charged order.
Planned approach
Minespace Inc. intends to offer a clear process for canceling a future qualifying advance and receiving refunds, subject to published final terms and applicable law. We do not represent that the illustrations establish a legally binding "fully refundable" program today.
Payment security
Any future payment method will require additional review and activation by Minespace Inc., HTTPS, verified merchant credentials, payment webhooks and a customer-service/refund process. The supplied checkout is disabled and cannot charge merely because the visitor saves their design.
