1. Controller
Minespace Inc. is the organization responsible for the operation of MyTeddy.Store. This policy covers the MyTeddy.Store website, local personalization, and First Edition email requests. Connected hardware, future AI cloud services, and subscriptions would have separate disclosures before release.
2. Information used today
- Locally saved preferences: Teddy names, fur finishes, personalities, voices, audience themes, accessory interests and their selected colors are stored in your browser using localStorage.
- Device and operational information: the hosting service may receive IP address, browser/device information, request paths, times and security/network logs to deliver the site and defend against abuse. Hosting-provider retention requires confirmation.
- Optional camera preview: on-device camera access is permission-based. The provided studio composites preview frames locally and does not intentionally upload camera frames to a Minespace Inc. service.
- Optional audio: spoken preview uses browser speech-synthesis functionality, and the MyTeddy Hello tone is generated locally. The supplied site does not transmit recorded microphone audio to a MyTeddy endpoint.
- Design downloads: downloading a configuration creates a local file on your device; it is not a submitted order.
First Edition email requests: When available, an adult may submit an email address, the quantity and finishes of their selected Teddies, and an optional product-news preference. We record the time and policy version of the request and generate a private withdrawal code. We do not need or collect children's names for this feature. The email address is not verified automatically, and the form does not send an immediate confirmation email.
3. Why information is used
Locally saved preferences enable personalization and reopening your design. Hosting logs and technical requests support page delivery, diagnostics and security. The site does not include advertising pixels or behavioral analytics SDKs and does not sell personal information.
4. Future checkout — currently disabled
If Minespace Inc. later activates a merchant checkout, it may send selected product configuration and transaction identifiers to its server and pass payment processing to Stripe. Such a launch requires updated notices describing transaction data, recipients, retention, purchaser communications and data-subject request channels. Payment card details would be collected through the payment provider rather than the current static page.
5. Sharing and retention
Local preferences remain in your browser until cleared, overwritten or removed by browser settings. Personal names remain in your browser; if you join the First Edition list, we receive only your adult email address, number of Teddies, chosen finishes, and communication preferences. Hosting providers may process standard server logs for site operation and security. Retention and subprocessors must be confirmed before launch; current package does not establish a fixed hosting-log retention period.
Server-side First Edition requests: Enrollment data is stored in a protected server directory and is available to authorized Minespace Inc. operators. You may withdraw directly through the website from the browser where the request was submitted, using the private withdrawal code saved on that device. If you clear that code, please contact our privacy team through the published business contact. Enrollment records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed; host access and backup logs may have separate retention.
6. Your choices and privacy controls
You can stop using the site, refuse optional camera permission, clear browser storage and use the local export/erase controls below. This clears known MyTeddy personalization keys on this device, not server logs or records held by a future payment processor.
Manage local MyTeddy data
These controls operate entirely on this device.
7. State privacy rights
Depending on applicable state law, your jurisdiction and the scope of personal information processed, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain or opt out of some processing. Rights and obligations can depend on statutory thresholds and exemptions. A contact channel is published when First Edition enrollment is enabled; regional request and appeal rights will be handled according to applicable law.
8. Children
This storefront is directed to adult purchasers. It does not offer child accounts or a connected-child service. Parents should avoid entering a child's full name or personal details into an unlaunched service. Child-facing voice, video, profiles or cloud processing will require separate privacy notices, consent measures where applicable, and safety review before activation. See Children, AI & safety.
9. International visitors and changes
The initial program targets the United States. International privacy requirements must be evaluated if services are directed outside the U.S. Any future advertising, telemetry, cloud inference, accounts or third-party processing will require an updated policy and applicable choices before deployment.
10. Contact
For the company identity, consult Company & intellectual property. The verified support email, when registration is enabled, is shown below. A mailing address will be provided with any paid reservation terms before checkout is activated. Support email is not currently published.
