Everything begins
with clarity.
Is MyTeddy available to buy today? +
Not yet. You can personalize MyTeddy and join the free First Edition list today. Product ordering and payment will open separately, with the terms visible before checkout. Images are artist renderings, not footage of manufactured hardware.
When will MyTeddy ship in the United States? +
U.S. deliveries are planned to begin during Q3 2027 (July–September). Dates may change as production and certification proceed. Joining the First Edition list does not guarantee a delivery date or a place in the shipping queue.
Can I personalize more than one Teddy? +
Yes. Customize up to three Teddies, each with an individual finish, name, personality, voice style and coordinated accessory preferences. Names stay on your device; email enrollment shares only your chosen finishes and quantity.
How does First Edition enrollment work? +
Joining the First Edition list is free. If you choose to share your email, Minespace Inc. can keep you informed about launch availability. When product orders open, applicable prices, deposit terms, shipment information and refund policies will be clearly provided before payment.
Will the Nest Dock and accessories be included? +
Nest Dock and accessory availability, pricing and package inclusion will be announced before ordering. Product images show the intended designs, and their electrical and physical safety must be validated before sale.
Are the movement images real product footage? +
No. The walking, talking and play scenes are artist renderings that show how we envision MyTeddy. They are not recordings of a functioning production robot.
